Everest Three Peak Climbing: Mera, Island, Lobuche Peak - Essential Information

The best time for Peak Climbing in Nepal is April-May and October-November (Spring and Autumn) This time the snow is less in the mountains and the weather is mild. The morning is clear and the high passes are easier to trek in. In addition there are less clouds during the day making visibility clear.

The Three peak Climbing trek with Everest base Camp trek has been optimized to have minimal cost and maximum service by Life Himalaya Trekking. We work with local, and  English speaking Sherpa guides who have more than 10 year experience with government license and primary treatment abilities to help you complete the long strenuous trek.  Our guests will consult with them on what to do and not to do along with any issues with food, accommodation and trekking routes and itinerary. They will provide all the necessary information about culture traditions, trails, nature, people; answer all your queries about the trek and even help you to get an emergency helicopter in case of injury or sickness.

This 26 days long trekking/climbing itinerary requires physically and mentally fit and fine people with some high altitude  trekking or climbing as they have to climb high passes and climb high mountains so people with lungs and heart problems should consult with their doctor before coming on this trip.

Our three peak climbing  with EBC trek starts with arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport our guests will be picked up and checked in at  respective hotels by our staff members. Next day our guests will meet with our Managing director and  guide assigned for your trek. They will shortly provide brief details about the trek and answer any question related to the expedition. Then duffel bags and Life Himalaya shirts will be provided as trekking equipment along with sleeping bags and down jackets  if necessary which will help to successfully complete the adventure of lifetime. The climbing gears will be provided prior to the peak climbing day.

We start our trek slowly through untouched and remote Hongu and Hinku Valley of Khumbu region.  Trail to Mera Peak climbing offers beautiful natural scenarios of flora and fauna, alpine vegetation’s, river and streams, snow capped mountains and world famous Sherpa lifestyle culture and traditions.  On the way, different beautiful valleys like Ningsow, Chetrekhola, Kothe, Thangnag to Khare lie reaching Mera peak base Camp. After proper  acclimatization and instruction and training by our climbing guide on the  camp we climb the mera peak, the highest trekking peak in the world. After Mera Peak Climb we continue our trek to Island Peak. Frozen waterfalls,  glaciers and jaw dropping snow capped mountains give  company during the trek is an exciting experience. In the middle of a snow covered heaven crossing Amphu Lapcha pass is a sensational moment offering 360 degree snow covered view with huge walls of mountains like Mt. Everest, Cho yu, Makalu and many more. After submitting Island peak we complete kongma-la pass(5535m) and trek towards Everest Base Camp before Lobuche peak as climbing 3 high  peaks back to back can be difficult so we travel to Everest Base Camp and stay in Gorak Shep. And we return to Lobuche after hiking to Kala Pathar early morning and stay in Lobuche Peak Base Camp. After acclimatizing in Lobuche High Camp we climb one of the famous Lobuche East Peak (6119m).After successfully climbing the trek renowned peaks in Everest region and trekking to Everest Base Camp our guest descend down to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu. A rest day and typical Nepali farewell dinner is offered to our guests and depart them with beautiful memories created in the Land of Himalayas.
