The itinerary includes acclimatization at Ghunsa and Khambachen, with opportunities to explore Buddhist cultural sites, monasteries, chortens, mani walls, and prayer flags, with the addition of Nupste Lake and Jannu Base Camp. The addition of Drohmo Ri (approx. 6100m) is because it doesnt need any climbing permit, as well as it doesnt require climbing gear and can be done in a single day without camping. The Tortong, Yamphudin, and Kanyam route is old and outdated, while the new route via Yasang is the popular route
