Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
Today is the very first day in the land of the Himalayas, Nepal. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu our representative will happily welcome you with warm greetings.
Then you will quickly transfer to your respective hotel with our private vehicle as per your group size. In the evening, you will be introduced to your trek guide and trip briefing session in short at our Life Himalaya Trekking office, Thamel.
Then you’ll have the welcome dinner hosted by us at a typical Nepalese Restaurant where you will be able to enjoy and taste the Nepalese cuisine.

Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla & trek to Phakding
Welcome to the land of the Himalayas, Nepal. Your first-day journey begins today. Your day begins with an early departure from Domestic Airport on our private vehicle morning flight to Lukla.
It will take around 35 minutes from Kathmandu to Tenzing-Hillary Airport at Lukla. You’ll introduce yourself at Lukla to your Porters and crew members.
After a short meeting and introduction with the porters, we start our trekking journey through the beautifully paved footpath passing typical Sherpa’s villages, and green valleys along with the Dudh Koshi River until we reach Phakding village.

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Our trek begins with a gentle walk to the beautiful settlement of the Sherpa people along with the Dudh Koshi River. Crossing the series of suspension bridges, the trek continues to ascend the village of Jorsalle- Sagarmatha National Park entry point and trekking permit and TIMS checking point.
Then you can see the first sights of Mt. Thamasekru, Everest panoramas, and Lhotse before reaching Namche Bazaar.
Namche Bazaar is a delightful mountain town and is considered the gateway of the Everest region; built on a steep mountain bowl with excellent views of the Himalayas with every facility like restaurants, banks, shops, etc.

Rest day at Namche Bazaar and excursion Namche and Syangboche
Today your day is reserved for the acclimatization process at a higher altitude. We will be staying in Namche bazaar to ensure proper rest so that you may not suffer from altitude sickness in other coming days.
After having lunch, we will short hike toward Everest View Hotel to see the close-up views of Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m) as a well panoramic view of the world’s highest mountains including Mt. Everest.
Then we go back to Namche, and take a rest and enjoy the rest of the day by visiting the beautiful town. On this day you may have ample opportunities to explore the Sherpa’s villages, traditions, culture, and primitive lifestyles.

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
Our day begins after breakfast at Namche. The trail goes steeply up through the beautiful forests, mind-blowing villages, and magnificent views of the Himalayas like Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kwangde peak, and so on.
We continue our trek towards the village of Kenjoma and Sansa to reach Phunki Tanga. After lunch at Phunki, we steeply up through the pine forest until we go to Tengboche village.
Tengboche is the magnificent village of the Everest region with a charming spot of close views of the world’s highest mountains Ama Dablam.
We will visit the renowned oldest and biggest Buddhist Tengboche monasteries nourishing spirit with the daily praying Buddhist monks which is one of the prime highlights of the trek.

Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche
Today our trek begins with a short hike passing through lush green Rhododendron forest to reach the village of Pangboche.
Our trial passes through the several Mani walls, typical villages, and several Chortens. Following the Imja Khola and crossing the bridges, we reach the town of Orsho- the way that separates the trial to Pheriche and Dingboche.
Following the breathtaking views of Ama Dablam, we enter the Imja Valley. We continue our walk towards Imja valley to reach the Dingboche.
It is a picturesque village with beautifully cultivated fields where people grow food like barley, potato, etc. Dingboche is also known as the gateway for Island Peak Climbing.

Acclimatization day at Dingboche for acclimatization and excursionÂ
Today is another day reserved for proper rest in the high-altitude trek. We stop here to ensure appropriate acclimatization at a high altitude.
Stay active and safe from altitude sickness in other coming days is very important for you while trekking at a high altitude.
After having a late breakfast, we will hike towards Nagarjuna Peak from where we can see the tremendous views of majestic peaks like Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho-Oyu, Ama Dablam, Island peak, Chocolate, Taboche, and many mighty peaks.
We also visit the beautiful Dingboche village. After lunch, we basically have free time to rest and relax. O

Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung
Our day starts after breakfast at Dingboche. Our day begins with a fantastic hike toward the beautiful village of Chukkung. The trial gradually passes through the beautiful mountain land.
On the way towards Chukkung, we can see the mountain villages, magnificent views of the Himalayas like Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Island Peak (Imjatse), Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kwangde peak, and so on.
Chukkung is also famous as Imjatese Valley. After 4/5 hours walk, we reach beautiful Chukkung valley where we spend our night.

Trek from Chukkung to Lobuche via Kongma La pass
Today is one of the tough and most exciting first passes (Kongma la Pass) on your adventurous trip. Our day begins with breakfast at the tea house. After ensuring proper rest, we gently walk through the valley and ascend towards the uphill trail to the great Kongma La Pass.
Slowly crossing this adventurous pass, we descend towards the Khumbu glacier moraines. While crossing the high-altitude path on glaciers you may mislead or difficulties may occur so follow our guide so that any problems may not create.
After crossing the pass, the final descend the most difficult stage and the trail turns north through Khumbu glacier which takes you towards Lobuche.
Lobuche is one of the beautiful Sherpa settlements surrounded by mountains like Pumori, Nuptse, Everest, Lhotse, etc.

Trek from Lobuche to Gorak Shep and hike to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorak Shep
Today is the most important day of our trek as we follow the Everest Base Camp (EBC). Our day starts after breakfast at Lobuche and begins with an easy and gentle uphill walk for a few hours.
Then the trail passes a short steep climb to reach the Gorak Shep- a small settlement of Sherpas near Mt. Everest. On reaching Gorak Shep, we keep all our belongings here and take some rest.
After having lunch, we head towards Mt. Everest Base Camp with colossal excitement and route passing through small rocks, short ups and downs hills covered with snow all the way.
After reaching our Everest Base Camp we enjoy the breathtaking views of the great Himalayas like Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Pumori, Khumbuste, Ama Dablam, and many other peaks.
We’ll take our time inspecting the Khumbu glacier, and ice fall as well as make the best photographs as well videos.
After a great time and feeling high beneath the world’s highest mountain, we return back to Gorak Shep with the same trial since there is no place and tea houses to stay at Everest Base Camp.

Hike to Kala Patthar and trek to Lobuche
Today we wake early in the morning to climb the top of Kalapatthar (5,545 m) which is one of the best viewpoints of the Everest region.
From the top of Kalapatthar, we can observe the 360-degree panoramic views with vibrant sunrise of snow-capped mountains like Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Pumori, Ama Dablam, Khumbuste, and many other peaks.
Then trek down to Gorakshep and have breakfast. Enjoying the Himalayan vistas we slowly trek down to Lobuche where we spend our night.

Trek from Lobuche to Dzongla
Our day begins after having breakfast at Lobuche. From Lobuche, we trek downhill on a trail alongside the Khumbu glacier. On the way, we admire the magnificent views of Nuptse, Pumori, Ama Dablam, Chocolate, Khumbuste, and so on.
We pass through many Buddhist stupas, and stone walls toward Chola Lake nearby. Our walk slightly descends steeply down for a couple of hours and crosses the Chola Khola bridge before we reach Dzongla.
We stay at Dzongla- a beautiful spot at the base of the Chola pass since there is no place to stay before crossing the Cho-la pass.

Trek from Dzongla to Gokyo via Cho La Pass
Today is another tough and exciting day where we cross the second pass (Cho La pass) on this adventurous trip. Our challenging day begins after having breakfast on Dzongla.
The trial leads to a steep-up and then passes through the icy trails and glaciers to cross the adventurous Cho La pass of the Everest region. On reaching the top of the basin of Cho La, we can admire the beautiful Chola Lake and amazing views of mountains like Ama Dablam and Cholatse.
Finally, we cross Cho La Pass and trials lead us through crevasses and rocky chunks towards the village of Thangnak. After having lunch, our easy walk continues towards the beautiful village of Gokyo, at the foot of the Ngozumba glacier.
The trail passes through the rocky paths and highest altitude freshwater lakes- Gokyo lakes towards the Gokyo valley.

Acclimatization day at Gokyo and excursion over Gokyo RI and Gokyo lakes
Today is another day reserved for the acclimatization process at a higher altitude. We will be staying in Gokyo to ensure proper rest. After breakfast, we will be climbing another best viewpoint Gokyo RI of the Everest region.
The top of Gokyo RI is covered with a flapping colorful Buddhist prayer flag from where we can see 360 panoramic views of the world’s highest mountains like Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Gyachung Kang, Cholatse and Taboche, and so on.
You can also see the apex vistas of Gokyo valley and the beautiful lakes of the Everest region. You can also see the massive Ngozumpa glacier- the longest glacier in the world. After collecting great memories we hike down and rest of the day we take a rest.

Trek from Gokyo to Marulung via Renjo La pass
Today is another tough and exciting day where we cross the third and final pass (Renjo La pass) on this adventurous trip.
Today we start our trek early after having breakfast and follow the trail towards the end of Gokyo Lake, with the marvelous views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Cholatse, and Taboche, and then over Renjo la pass.
This is one of the difficult passes of this adventurous trip. On reaching the top of the pass we can admire the breathtaking panorama of Mt. Cho Oyu and other surrounding peaks.
After crossing the pass, our walk follows the frozen ponds beneath Renjo la, and descends towards the small settlement of Sherpa’s at Lungdeng and had lunch. Thereafter, our walk continues until we reach the beautiful village of Marlung.

Trek from Marlung to Namche Bazaar
Our day begins after having breakfast at Marlung. Our trail passes through the Bhote Koshi River towards the valley of Langmuche Khola.
We descend exploring the beautiful Sherpa’s villages, ancient and old Buddhist monasteries, rare lifestyles, culture, and traditions of Sherpa’s and Tibetan peoples until we reach the Thame village
. After having lunch at Thame, we will be visiting the renowned oldest Thame monasteries where the Buddhist monks used to pray daily. Many trekkers visit Thame as it is famous for the spring celebration festival- Mani Rimdu festival (the Sherpa’s main festival), held in Mid-May each year.
Thereafter, we trek down towards the Namche Bazaar for our night’s stay.

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla
Today is the last day of trekking in the heartland of the Himalayas. Our day begins with breakfast. We gently descend through the Hillary suspension bridge over the Dudh Koshi River and walk through Jorsale- Sagarmatha National Park entry point and trekking permit and TIMS checking point.
Then our trek slowly descends the beautiful village of Monjo. After having lunch at Phakding, our trek continues crossing more suspension bridges, pine and rhododendron forest, charming village, prayer stones, and flags towards the gateway of Everest Region-Lukla.
On reaching Lukla, we enjoy our last dinner with the crew members and porters and celebrate the successful completion of our journey.

Fly back to Kathmandu and free day.
Today is the last day with your Sherpa porters so if you are happy enough with their services you may give them some gratitude. Then we take the earliest possible flight back which is about 35 minutes to Kathmandu.
On your arrival at Kathmandu Airport, our representative will easily transfer you to your respective hotels in our private vehicle. The rest of the day is reserved for your personal activities.
You may relax and rest the whole day or explore the famous markets and places to do some souvenir shopping. In the evening, we would have a farewell dinner together with the guide and office representative on the successful completion of our Everest three high passes trek journey.

Our trekking journey starts as you arrive in Kathmandu, where you stay at a hotel and prepare for the trek. The next day you will take a scenic mountain flight to Lukla early in the morning. After arriving at Lukla on the thrilling flight, you will start your trekking journey. From Lukla, we will trek to Phakding on the same day and stay overnight. Our next destination is Namche, the area’s commercial hub, the next day. In Namche Bazaar, you can find shops, cafes, hotels, restaurants, bars, bakeries, etc.
There are various acclimatization points, like the Syanboche viewpoint, as well. After acclimatizing and exploring the region, you will trek further the next day. The trek on the following day takes you to Tengboche. There, you can find the important site of religious heritage, the Tengboche monastery.
