The scenery was of course stunning, and I feel there is more of an authentic experience of Nepalese mountain life than some of the bigger more commercial treks available.
As ever, Shiba was on hand to deliver a flexible itinerary and offered his own advice and knowledge on what would be best to do and visit.
This personal and flexible approach is key for me; as is the fact that Life Himalaya works in conjunction with a local charity (The Ganesh Himal Foundation) in delivering improvements in education and facilities for rural Nepalese people.
I hope to use Life Himalaya many more times in the future.
And again, I would strongly advise that you consider the Langtang trekking region.
