Overview of Lhotse Expedition
The Lhotse Expedition (45 Days) is a high-altitude adventure to the world’s fourth-highest mountain in Nepal at an altitude of 8,516 meters. Lhotse climbing is ideal for experienced climbers seeking a challenging yet rewarding Himalayan ascent.
The journey begins with preparation in Kathmandu, followed by a scenic flight to Lukla and a classic Everest Base Camp trek via Namche, Tengboche, and Dingboche, allowing gradual acclimatization trek route.
Lhoste Climbin camping start at Everest Base Camp (5,364m), climbers spend 20 days on acclimatization rotations via Khumbu Icefall and the summit push, moving through Camp I (6,100m), Camp II (6,400m), Camp III (7,200m), and Camp IV (7,800m) before ascending Lhotse via the Lhotse Face.
The Lhotse Expedition summit provides an unforgettable view of Everest, Cho Oyu, Makalu, Amadablam, Pumari, and many mountain peaks in the Khumbu region. After the successful climb of Lhotse, the team retraces their steps back to base camp, following the trek route back to Lukla and returns to Kathmandu for final celebrations.
