Today is your first day in Nepal. Your wonderful time started upon your Arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, Kathmandu. Our representative will warmly welcome and receive you at the Airport and transfer you with our private vehicle to your respective Hotel.

Today we spend your day in Kathmandu. After having breakfast we leave our hotel for a sightseeing tour along with a city guide around Kathmandu valley. We will visit 4 different sites which are enlisted as UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Pashupatinath temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, Swyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

In the evening, you will have a briefing session where your trekking guide will provide you with brief information regarding the trek and make a trek preparation.

Our day begins with the breakfast at Hotel. Today we start our scenic drive approximately about 7-8 hours towards the beautiful Arughat village.

During our drive, we enjoy the views of the fast-flowing white river, Nepalese countryside, natural landscape, and mountain sceneries. We will be driving on the paved road from Kathmandu to Dhading beshi and there will be off-road from Dhading Beshi to beautiful Arughat valley.

Then again we take a scenic drive towards the beautiful settlement of Soti Khola.

After having breakfast our day begins with a gentle walk through the beautiful Sal forest and along with the river bank of Budhi Gandaki. Then we pass through the rocky trail towards the Khursane.

Our trekking trail takes us towards the beautiful terraced farms and waterfall on the way and lifts up to the Gurung village of Labubeshi.

After having lunch here, we walk passes further to the river bank and cross the suspension bridge to reach the Machha Khola.

Today our day begins after breakfast at the teahouse. Our trekking trail involves some steep ascents and descent today. The trial becomes narrow as good ups and down towards the beautiful Gurung village of Tharo Khola.

Then we trek through the beautiful village of Khorlabeshi and the natural small hot spring, Tatopani. Afterward, we take lunch and climb over the ridge and cross the Budhi Gandaki River and trek towards the beautiful village of Dobhan which lies at the confluence of the beautiful Sihar Khola.

We begin our trek by crossing a suspension bridge over the Yaru Khola. Then we trek slowly through the stone staircases onto Yaru village and then drop to the river and again ascend towards Thro Bharyang. Giving continuity to our trek we cross the left bank of Budhi Gandaki and climb towards the neat flag-stoned Gurung village of Jagat.

After having lunch at Jagat, we continue our trek slowly over a rocky rigid to Salleri enjoying the view of spectacular mountains. Then we descend to Sirdibas and further continue our walk onto the longest suspension bridge to reach the beautiful Gurung village of Philim.

Today our trail takes us toward the beautiful village of Deng. The trial separates from today onwards to another popular short trek in the Manaslu region i.e. Tsum Valley trek but we follow the trekking trail towards the Larkya la pass.

The trial turns towards the north following the beautiful and traditional villages as well as a terraced field to Yekle Bhatti. Then our trail takes us to descend towards the gorge and grassy landscape to cross the Budhi Gandaki River again.

We cross the east bank and again turn back to the west bank on a suspension bridge to enter the Nupri. The trail passes through the bamboo forest to reach the beautiful tiny village inhabited by Gurung who practices Buddhism in Deng village.

After having breakfast at the teahouse our day continues with a slow walk towards the east bank of Budhi Gandaki River and ascends to Rana. Then trial trekking takes us to join the Bhi village and then passes through the forest and climb steeply again towards the Ghap.

After having lunch at Gho we continue in and out of canyons as well we even can walk another route through Prok village to witness the beautiful view of Siringi and Ganesh Himal. We further came across several Gompas, and mani walls towards the Budi Gandaki several times en route.

Then the trail follows the beautiful forest of Rhododendron and we cross the riverbank slowly. Then our pleasant walk continues slowly to reach the neat village of Narmung.

Today is the short day trek where our day starts with a late breakfast and no hurry than past days in our trek. Our day begins slowly enjoying the best views of Siring Himal, Ganesh Himal, and Himal Chuli. Then our trek continues passing through mani walls, chortens and Rhododendron, and oak forest and reaching the village of Lihi.

We then descend towards the side valley of Simnang Himal and trek towards the village named Sho.  After having lunch at Sho we trek towards the beautiful Lho village. Lho is a famous village inhabitant of Tibetan-influenced Gurung and Magar people as well as the best place to witness the dramatic views of Mt. Manaslu.

Our day begins with breakfast at Lho. Our day begins with a short walk enjoying the dramatic views of Mt. Manaslu from the Lho village. We continue exploring the Ribung Gompa, one of the famous and renowned gompa here.

Then we trek towards the Shyala village which is surrounded by mountains such as Mt. Manaslu, Himal Chuli, and Nagdi Chuli, and the largest glacier straight ahead. Then we continue our trek toward the large village of Sama Gaon.

It is famous for spectacular mountain views, yak pastures, traditional houses, and food grains grown like potatoes and barley at high altitudes.

Today we stop at Sama Gaon to ensure proper altitude acclimatization and stay active on a high-altitude trek. Climbing high and sleeping low is considered a good way to acclimatize your body so that there will not be any trait of altitude sickness.

Today we enjoy the sight of thousands of Mani stones with Buddhist-related traditional ornaments, chortens, and so on. Today you have an optional day where you are attracted in.

You have three options today, either you may explore the glacier lake Birendra Tal or Pungyen Gompa which is a traditional and famous Buddhist monastery in the Manaslu region. Also, you may hike up to the Manaslu Base Camp (4,900 m).

Today is another short day because of the high-altitude trek. Our day begins after having breakfast at the teahouse. We descend down to the Budhi Gandaki River and follow the way via the iceberg-covered Birendra Tal under the Manaslu glacier which is the main trail from Sama to Samdo.

The trial to Larkya la pass leads further following many mani walls, and yak pastures up to the broad valley. We leave the tree line behind low-lying juniper climb a ridge and drop down to cross the Budhi Gandaki on a wooden bridge.

Then we climb steeply into the white Kani, a picturesque village dedicated to yak herding. Finally passing through the Kani we reach Samdo village.

Our day begins with a slow walk down the edge beyond Samdo on a broad trial. Then we cross the wooden bridge over Budhi Gandaki River and begins to walk further upwards. We cross the streams and narrow tracks and beautiful Larkye glacier to reach the valley of Salka Khola.

Then we trek towards the scattered stoned shelters and stoned-made houses mainly renowned as Dharmasala. Dharmasala is also called Larkye Phedi which is surrounded by marvelous mountain views.

This place is also a home for wildlife named Blue Sheep or Himalayan Thar. Today’s short trek to Dharmasala leaves you plenty of time for a relaxing and free day today.

Today is the longest and hardest day of our trek as we are passing one of the adventure pass of Nepal. Our day starts after having early morning breakfast. We slowly and steadily climb over the rigid behind Dharmasala and reach the valley on the north side of large lateral moraine of Larkye Glacier from where we enjoy the breathtaking views of Cho Danda and Larkya Peak.

We walk across the moraines of the glaciers, frozen lakes making a gradual ascent and becomes steeper in the last section and climb up to Larkye La pass which is marked by prayer flags. From the pass, we can witness the spectacular views of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kanguru, Annapurna II, and the mighty peaks.

Then we descend over the moraine, rocky trail, and dramatic view of Mt. Manaslu from different angel towards the beautiful valley of Bimthang.

Our day begins after having breakfast at the teahouse. Our trial today mainly descend downhill and cross through high pastures and followed by suspension bridges over a river. Our walk continues through the Rhododendron forest and trial through a narrow valley with the stunning view of Manaslu until we reach the highest cultivated hand of Manaslu region named Karche.

We came across through the ridge and descend slowly along with the bank of the river named Dhud Khola. Then we pass the beautiful village of Karche to reach the village of Gho inhabitant by Gurung tribes.

Our day begins with the morning breakfast teahouse. We trek down and descend slowly enjoying the beautiful mountain view, people’s traditional lifestyles, culture, mountain settlement, and tranquil landscape. We follow through the terraced farms alongside as well lush green forest of Rhododendron towards the Tilije village.

We also climb ups and down in a small rigid and enjoy the stone-paved trial. Then we cross the bridge over Dudh Khola and descend towards the Marsyangdi valley through pine forest.

Following the mani walls, and prayer flags we reach the Thonje village to join the Famous Annapurna Circuit trekking trial. After enjoying lunch we cross the police checkpoint and continue our walk towards Dharapani.

After a memorable and adventurous experience to Manaslu circuit trek in Nepal. We take a short drive by Land cruiser up to Beshi Sahar early in the morning after breakfast. Then we a drive on tourist coach towards capital city Kathmandu via stunning Highway.

We take a scenic drive back from Beshi Sahar to Kathmandu via Pokhara passing beautiful landscape and picturesque villages on the way.  On your arrival at the Kathmandu bus station, you will be transferred to your respective hotel.

In the evening, you will have a farewell dinner hosted by the Life Himalaya Trekking at a typical Nepalese Restaurant with a Nepalese cultural dance on behalf of your success on the trip.

Necessary permits for Manaslu Circuit Trek

Manaslu is one of the restricted regions of Nepal. To trek in Manaslu, you need a special restricted permit card. Likewise, ACAP and MCAP are other essential permit cards to trek in this region. Manaslu Circuit Trek Accommodations
