Overview of Ruby Valley Trekking

Ruby Valley Trekking is trek falling between Manaslu Conservation Area and Langtang National Park. Ruby Valley trek is one of the best treks in central Nepal on hidden valley trail. Ruby Valley trek offers authentic experience of Tamang and Gurung villages, beautiful farm terraces. Along with the wide varieties of striking panorama of magnificent Himalayan view of Ganesh Himal I (7429m.), II (7118m.), III(7110m.), IV(7052m.), V(6986m.), VII(6350m.); Manaslu (8163m.), Lamjung Himal (6800m.), Langtang Lirung (7300m.) and other several peaks, you will also see twin cascades Ganga and Jamuna which adds delight to your spirit.

We will start our Ruby Valley Trekking from Syabrubesi. Our track passes through dense forest but most of trekking trial is unexplored. Gatlang, Somdang, Tipling etc are some of the beautiful villages which we need to pass during our trek. Over these villages we need to have interaction with many people.

Most of them follow Buddhist culture and tradition. This will help us to know about their local tradition and culture. All these people have very friendly with hospitality nature which will be so impressive. In this trek we will be so familiar with the local people. After visiting all the places lastly we will be at Kathmandu which will end our trek.

Ruby Valley Trekking Itinerary

Today after your arrival at the airport in Kathmandu, we will be there for the warm welcome and assist you to the Hotel. Stay overnight at Hotel.

Today is sightseeing day, we will visit the places of historical and cultural importance including world heritage sites like Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, Swyambhunath, Bhaktapur and Basantapur Durbar square etc. Stay overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

Today we will drive towards Syabrubeshi (1462m). In our journey towards Syabrubesi we will be enjoy spectacular scenery of roadside houses and forest. Stay overnight at guest house.

Passing through Forest of Pine, Juniper and Rhododendron, we hike the steeper path to reach the Tamang Village of Gatlang (2200m). Stay overnight at guest house.

Today our most of the path goes through terraced farming area and the forest of pine and bamboo. It takes us about seven hours to reach Somdang where we will spend our memorable night.

Today we trek the route through Pangsang Kharka enjoying the panoramic views of Ganesh and Manaslu Himal to reach Tamang village of Tipling. Stay overnight at guest house.

Today after crossing Adha Khola we will reach Shertung inhabited by Tamang people. We will spend some time in this village and continue our journey to the Gurung village of Chalish. The hospitable nature of people is impressive. Stay overnight at guest house.

Today our main path will be through Borang village till we reach Percho. With the natural beauty all around our trekking goes for about eight hours to reach Darkha Gaon. Stay overnight at Darkha Gaon.

Today we will drive from Darkha Gaun passing through impressive landscape and zigzag road to reach Kathmandu. Remainder of the day we will hang around Kathmandu and go for shopping. Stay overnight at hotel.

Today you will pack your luggage and we will assist you to airport prior to your flight after attending small farewell program

Pack your belongings and attend a brief farewell program before being assisted to the airport for your flight. Farewell and safe travels!
