day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

At Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport on fresh arrival where you will be warmly received by Life Himalaya Trekking staff and then with transfer to your hotels in the hub of Kathmandu city, after refreshment our guide / leader will brief you on Langtang Valley Panorama Trekking, includes other information related to this trip, includes welcome dinner in a nice Nepali restaurant with culture programs.

day 02 In Kathmandu with sightseeing tour at places of interest.

A free day in Kathmandu after your long flight from home countries, morning tour of Kathmandu at places of interest around world heritage sites with time in the afternoon preparations for Langtang Valley Panorama Trekking.

day 03 Drive to Syabrubesi

Langtang Valley Panorama trekking begins with an interesting and exciting long overland drive on scenic highway to reach at Dhunche, a large town and headquarter of Rasuwa district within Langtang region. Our drive leads past many farm village and towns to reach warm areas at Trisuli bazaar. After a short break drive heads towards cooler area at Ramche and Dhunche town at 1,960 m, the entrance of Langtang National Park. From here drive leads downhill on winding road to Syabrubesi village for first overnight stop around Langtang area.

day 04 Trek to Lama Hotel

Starting our first day walk with a climb for few hours heading towards spreadout farm areas and villages, walk continues near Riverside and Bamboo place with small teahouses and lodges. After a refreshing stop, walk continues into cool forest of rhododendron, oaks and pines trees entering a gorge following upper Trisuli River, fed from the glacier of Langtang peaks, then completing the day walk at Lama Hotel for overnight stop.

day 05 Trek to Langtang village

After a pleasant overnight with the sound of the river flowing, morning walk starts heading uphill through a gorge of dense forest, then reaching a nice spot at Ghoretabla (horse stable), from here altitude gains slowly and air gets cooler.

After lunch break walk continues to Langtang village for overnight stop as the walk leads past woodland and then coming into a wider area at Lantang village, a nice moderate size village of Tamang and Bhotia’s tribe peoples. (This village and up to Kyanjin was completely destroyed by avalanche caused from 25th April and 12th May 2015 huge earthquakes).

day 06 Trek to Kyanjin Gompa

Today our wonderful walk leads to our main highlights of this trips, morning begins with a short climb to Kyanjin Gompa around Langtang valley, walk follows with short steep up as tree lines drops for short bushes of rhododendron, juniper and prickly Burberry bushes.

Our walk slowly enters a wide beautiful glacial valley with views of high snowcapped mountains on both side of the valley, after a scenic and nice morning walk reaching at Kyanjin Gompa for overnight stop. Kyanjin located at picturesque Langtang valley with wide green meadows actually a summer pasture and grazing land for Yaks.

This beautiful place offers tremendous views of Langtang Lirung glacier and ice fall at close distance, Kyanjin with an old small Gompa (monastery), which is near ruins at present perched on a rocky moraine ridge top, at Kyanjin visit Yak Cheese Factory established 30 years ago with the help and support of Swiss technical assistance.

day 07 At Kyanjin Gompa rest for short hike.

A nice an ideal spot for rest day at Kyanjin surrounded by snowcapped mountains, morning take a short hike to top of Tsergo Ri at 5,033m for best views of the whole mountain range. The climb on top Tsergo Ri leads to a steep path but rewarded with superb mountain panorama with Dorje Lakpa 6,990 m, Pemthang Karpo Ri 6,830m, Langtang Lirung 7,245m and across the northern boundary in Tibet views of massive Shishapangma 8,012 m worlds last 14th highest located wholly in Tibet.

day 08 Trek to Lama Hotel

After a pleasant and exciting overnight and rest day at Kyanjin and beautiful Langtang valley, morning walk leading to a long descend to Lama Hotel passing via Langtang village and Ghoretabla following Langtang Khola and back at Lama Hotel for overnight stop.

day 09 Trek to Syabrubesi

From Lama Hotel, our last day walk follows downhill to Riverside near Bamboo a small place with few teahouses serving as lodge. After a nice short rest continue walk past farm terraces of millets, corns and wheat’s (depending upon season for crops), on leaving farm area with more downhill to reach back at Syabrubesi for overnight stop.

day 10 Drive back to Kathmandu

Morning drive leads uphill to Dhunche town and then following downhill road past farm villages through Ramche and Kalikathan and then with pleasant drive reaching at Kathmandu and transfer to your respective hotels, afternoon free for individual activities and shopping.

I completed the Manaslu Circuit with Saugat and Aunil, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The trek was breathtaking, the organization was perfect, and the views were simply stunning. Saugat’s knowledge, professionalism, and expertise as a guide, together with Aunil’s help, kindness, and support as a porter, made the whole experience even more special. A life changing experience! Milan and Bhim were the best guide and porter for our very first trek in the Himalayas. Although the weather wasn’t always on our side, we got to see the most spectacular views, stayed in the best hotels/ camps and definitely got to tick off an item on the bucket list. Thanks to Life Himalaya Trekking, my husband and I were able to realize a dream. From the moment of organizing from Italy, Shiba proved to be extremely available and quick in communications. And, once here, we were able to immediately verify how efficient the entire team that makes up the company is. Shiba is infinitely sweet and friendly; he pampered us, guiding us through all the organizational aspects of our trip, from the trek to Everest Base Camp to cultural visits in Kathmandu and surroundings, covering all types of transportation we needed. Thanks to him, we had the pleasure of spending our time in Nepal with unique people, who allowed us to get to know this wonderful country and its inhabitants up close. Tika was our guide during the hike to EBC, and thanks to him and our porter Podam, we experienced a wonderful and authentic adventure! Both very knowledgeable, they were excellent at taking care of us, thanks to their attention to even the small things, the advice and information they provided us, but especially due to their friendliness, which allowed us to approach even the most difficult situations with ease. The entire experience of reaching Everest Base Camp was all-encompassing; it captivated us in every aspect, both scenic and human. It was exciting to reach the destination after a journey that lasted about a week. But it was equally incredible and moving to fly by helicopter from Gorak Shep to Lukla, retracing from above every step taken and every place experienced during the previous days. We would like to thank Promot, Raj, Rajan, and especially our exceptional tour guide Ajya, who accompanied us through the most iconic places in Kathmandu, sharing their history and every cultural aspect. The passion and love for one's work allowed us to immerse ourselves in a world that, otherwise, we would have understood and experienced only halfway. We were extremely satisfied with our Everest Base Camp trek with Life Himalaya Trekking. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was organized perfectly. Due to weather conditions, the company arranged a helicopter flight for us, which made the start of our adventure even more special. Our guide, Rabin, was exceptional. He was kind, caring, and looked after us every step of the way. Whenever we felt unwell, he made sure we were comfortable and helped us recover. His knowledge of the mountains, careful approach to acclimatization, and genuine care for our well-being allowed us to continue the journey safely. Most importantly, he treated us like family, making the entire trek feel like a trip with friends rather than a guided tour. Our porter, Arjun, was equally amazing. He was always cheerful, funny, and incredibly helpful. During acclimatization hikes and challenging moments, he even helped with our backpacks when we were struggling. His positive attitude made every day more enjoyable. Both Rabin and Arjun are true gems and a huge asset to the company. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. A special thank you also goes to Shiba, the owner of Life Himalaya Trekking. He was friendly, professional, and made our experience truly special from beginning to end. I also had a unique experience during this trip as I participated in the Everest Marathon.  Verified Awesome experience with Life Himalayan
I had a wonderful time trekking EBC. Birsha Rai was an awesome guide he made sure I had anything I needed. He made sure my accommodations were good and I had plenty of water and snacks for the trek. Dhan Kajl was my porter and he took extra care of my things my bag was always clean and dry when delivered to my room. He even carried my day pack the last stretch of EBC trek. Life Himalayan took care of me from the moment I landed and was without one bag to making sure I made all my helicopter connections. Someone was there every step of the way. Life Himalaya Trekking gave us an amazing experience! We had the most wonderful guide, Jal Tamang. Not only did he provide amazing conversation, high spirits, and tons of great information about the Everest region, he went above and beyond when a member of our party got altitude sickness. He worked tirelessly to bring food & water to them during their hospital stay, but also coordinated their time in Lukla after they had had to descend. I still made it to Base Camp, and throughout our journey he made the entire experience unforgettable. The accommodations were also truly top notch, with the earlier tea houses offering hot showers, readily available charging, and even heating pads under the mattresses. What a beautiful experience! Life Himalaya trekking and their team are truly great. Our guide Rabin Ray is a mountain professional. He took great care of us throughout the journey. Our porter Tik as well, always there to help us. Shiba, the owner, is a professional and he makes sure to meet us and ensure that everything goes well before our departure.
