3 Star HotelOur journey to the Gokyo yoga trekking initially begins with the flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. After 35 minutes of flight, we will reach Lukla (Gateway to Everest).
And from here we start our trek, passing through the ancient village of sherpa people, and multiple suspension bridges. You’ll be welcomed by the big mani stones, and small monuments of Buddhism. Phakding is our first night’s stay in the Everest Region.

35 min FlightWe will wake up early and do some yoga practices before breakfast. After yoga, We will have our breakfast and start our trek to the capital of Sherpa, Namche Bazar. Following the Dhudhkosi River and passing through the pine forest and several bridges including the Hilary suspension bridge.
On the way, we can see the waterfalls and an amazing introductory view of the mountains along the way. The route gradually ascends till Hilary bridge, but from there we have to take steps to reach the Namche. Along the way, if you want to you some meditation in the river or waterfalls you can.

LodgeToday is the rest day, acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar. But for the acclimatization purpose, we will take a short hike to Syangboche and Hilary museum.
But in the morning, we will do yoga and meditation in the hotel or in the viewpoint it depends upon you. Exploration around Namche is also the major activity of the day. From these viewpoints, you can see almost all the mountains of the Everest region.

It’s time to move further towards our main destination and for today Dole is our day destination. We start our trek after yoga and breakfast in Namche Bazar. Passing through the beautiful valleys, yak farms, with amazing scenery of Everest we will reach Dole.
The landscapes, and views of the mountains like Choyou, Lhotse, Mt. Everest, and many other snowcapped mountains are breathtaking.

15 min driveEvery Day of Gokyo yoga Trekking begins with pranayama, asana, and meditation activities along with the breakfast that is prepared by the local sherpas. Entering the world’s highest national park listed on the UNSECO world heritage site and feel the power of nature. The combination of Yoga, trekking, and the environment of a heritage site is a lifetime experience.
Gokyo Trekking initially begins from the Lukla, also known as the gateway for the Everest region or Sherpa kingdom. After a few days of ascending towards our main destination, the Gokyo lake. We pass through the ancient villages of the Sherpa People by analyzing the natural and cultural aspects of the region. Inhaling the fresh air and capturing the magnificence of the surroundings we reach the Gokyo valley on the 8th day including your arrival day.
Gokyo welcomes you with the beautiful view of the valley and the astonishing 360-degree views of the mountains along with the Glaciers. The aquamarine-colored water is really a noticeable attraction of the Gokyo Yoga Trek. You’ll get a mesmerizing view of the panoramic view of the mountains and amazing Gokyo valley with the glacier when reaching to the top of the Gokyo Ri(5360).
This top will also offer you a picturesque view of Mt. Everest (8848 m), Mt. Cho-Oyu (8188 m), Lhotse (8,516 m), Cholatse (6440 m), and so on. Especially, the sunrise over them is something different from the world in the morning. You can not limit the feeling of happiness being at the top of the Gokyo RI.
Gokyo yoga Trekking itinerary begins from sightseeing around Kathmandu. In the early morning, we will fly for Lukla, Trekking starting point and ending as well. Then we will follow the Dudh Kosi river and ascend towards Namche passing through the suspension bridges, Jungles, Villages of Sherpa and different small monasteries along the way. The mani stones on the way are the noticeable attraction till Namche.
Every day begins with Yoga in the morning and breakfast. From there we will pass through the different mountain valleys and observing the Mountains of the Everest region. After Namche, you’ll get an inductory view of almost mountains in the Everest region.
After reaching Gokyo, We will descend back through the Machhermo, Phortse village, and finally trip ends in Lukla. From Lukla, we take a flight to Kathmandu. And having a free day in Kathmandu. The next day is a farewell day.
