day 01 Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

At Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport on fresh arrival where you will be warmly received by a Life Himalaya Trekking representative and then with transfer to your respective hotels in the hub of Kathmandu city. Then after refreshment, we will brief you on includes other information related to this trip. Overnight stay at 3 stars rated hotel in Kathmandu.

day 02 Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla & trek to Phakding.

Our day starts with a morning short scenic flight to Lukla with an areal view of Kathmandu city and mountain range. On reaching Lukla, we spend our short refreshment break and introduction our Porters. Then our first day walks towards Ghat village- a spot for our lunch through farmland and typical Sherpa villages. Our walk passes with a moderate walk passing through short ups overlooking beautiful scenery following the route to Phakding located by Dudh Koshi River. Overnight stay at tea-house in Phakding.

Flight to Lukla

day 03 Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar.

After a nice morning, walk continues crossing bridges over Dudh Koshi River passing several interesting villages of Bhenkar and Monjo arriving at Sagarmatha National Park entrance gate. After lunch at Jorsalle we walk for few hours and passes the last suspension bridge to steep uphill to Namche Bazaar- the Sherpa’s capital. Namche is a only place with facilities of good restaurant, pubs, cyber, cafe, post office, and banks are available in Khumbu region. Overnight stay at tea-house in Namche Bazaar.

day 04 Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and hike to Syangboche.

Today we stop at Namche to insure proper acclimatization. An ideal and perfect place for rest with acclimatization day, before heading higher altitude area. Our morning starts with a short hike to Everest View Hotel- the world’s highest altitude luxury hotel for views closeup view of Everest, world’s beautiful mountain- Amadablam and many other peaks. After having lunch, we return towards Namche and rest of the day we spend by sightseeing over Namche or enjoy rest and make preparation for next day. Overnight stay at tea-house in Namche Bazaar.

day 05 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche.

From Namche on gradual scenic path with downhill to Imjatse river at Phunki-Tenga where we stop for our lunch. Then we trek uphill through rhododendron, pines, firs tree forest with views of snow-capped peaks towards beautiful Tengboche village. On reaching Tengboche we visit famous Buddhist monastery with magnificent panorama of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Kangtenga,Thamasarku, Kwande and Amadablam. Overnight stay at tea-house in Tengboche.

day 06 Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche.

Morning downhill walk for few hours over Imjatse River, after the bridge walk on an open country where tree lines fades for few short juniper and dwarf rhododendron bushes. Then we walk towards uphill for a while to reach at Pangboche village. Then we walk towards last permanent village before Dingboche and beyond, from here a slow climb to Somara where we take our lunch . We continue our walk with short climb towards Dingboche village which located in Imjatse valley with panorama of mountains. Overnight stay at tea-house in Dingboche.

Today we spend our full day sightseeing tour around world heritage in Kathmandu valley. Our day starts after having breakfast for a sightseeing tour along with a city guide around Kathmandu which is enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage Sites. We let you explore the major touristic sites which include Pashupatinath Temple, Buddhanath Sputa, Swyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), and Kathmandu Durbar square. day 15 Farewell and Final Departure.

Today is the last day of your adventurous journey in Nepal. After a memorable and fantastic adventure and experience khumbu valley and Kathmandu world heritage sites, Life Himalaya’s representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport before three hours of your flight schedule for your flight back home or to next respective countries.

I completed the Manaslu Circuit with Saugat and Aunil, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The trek was breathtaking, the organization was perfect, and the views were simply stunning. Saugat’s knowledge, professionalism, and expertise as a guide, together with Aunil’s help, kindness, and support as a porter, made the whole experience even more special. A life changing experience! Milan and Bhim were the best guide and porter for our very first trek in the Himalayas. Although the weather wasn’t always on our side, we got to see the most spectacular views, stayed in the best hotels/ camps and definitely got to tick off an item on the bucket list. Thanks to Life Himalaya Trekking, my husband and I were able to realize a dream. From the moment of organizing from Italy, Shiba proved to be extremely available and quick in communications. And, once here, we were able to immediately verify how efficient the entire team that makes up the company is. Shiba is infinitely sweet and friendly; he pampered us, guiding us through all the organizational aspects of our trip, from the trek to Everest Base Camp to cultural visits in Kathmandu and surroundings, covering all types of transportation we needed. Thanks to him, we had the pleasure of spending our time in Nepal with unique people, who allowed us to get to know this wonderful country and its inhabitants up close. We were extremely satisfied with our Everest Base Camp trek with Life Himalaya Trekking. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was organized perfectly. Due to weather conditions, the company arranged a helicopter flight for us, which made the start of our adventure even more special. Our guide, Rabin, was exceptional. He was kind, caring, and looked after us every step of the way. Whenever we felt unwell, he made sure we were comfortable and helped us recover. His knowledge of the mountains, careful approach to acclimatization, and genuine care for our well-being allowed us to continue the journey safely. Most importantly, he treated us like family, making the entire trek feel like a trip with friends rather than a guided tour. Our porter, Arjun, was equally amazing. He was always cheerful, funny, and incredibly helpful. During acclimatization hikes and challenging moments, he even helped with our backpacks when we were struggling. His positive attitude made every day more enjoyable. Both Rabin and Arjun are true gems and a huge asset to the company. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. I had a wonderful time trekking EBC. Birsha Rai was an awesome guide he made sure I had anything I needed. He made sure my accommodations were good and I had plenty of water and snacks for the trek. Dhan Kajl was my porter and he took extra care of my things my bag was always clean and dry when delivered to my room. He even carried my day pack the last stretch of EBC trek. Life Himalayan took care of me from the moment I landed and was without one bag to making sure I made all my helicopter connections. Someone was there every step of the way. Life Himalaya Trekking gave us an amazing experience! We had the most wonderful guide, Jal Tamang. Not only did he provide amazing conversation, high spirits, and tons of great information about the Everest region, he went above and beyond when a member of our party got altitude sickness. He worked tirelessly to bring food & water to them during their hospital stay, but also coordinated their time in Lukla after they had had to descend. I still made it to Base Camp, and throughout our journey he made the entire experience unforgettable. The accommodations were also truly top notch, with the earlier tea houses offering hot showers, readily available charging, and even heating pads under the mattresses. What a beautiful experience! Life Himalaya trekking and their team are truly great. Our guide Rabin Ray is a mountain professional. He took great care of us throughout the journey. Our porter Tik as well, always there to help us. Shiba, the owner, is a professional and he makes sure to meet us and ensure that everything goes well before our departure.
