7 days Annapurna base camp trek is one of the adventurous journeys towards the lap of the world’s 10^th highest mountain, Mt. Annapurna (8,091 m). Annapurna Base Camp is situated at a height of 4,130 m above sea level and is also surrounded by the giant snowcapped peaks. 7 days ABC trek will give you the most memorable and thrilling adventure at Nepal’s largest conservation area, Annapurna Conservation Area. Our 7-day package to Annapurna base camp will fulfill your trekking in very short days, and after finishing the Base camp trek, you can join other adventurous programs.

7 days ABC trek starts from the scenic flight to the tourist paradise Pokhara, also known as the city of lakes. After reaching at the beautiful place, you’ll start your journey by driving towards Phedi. Annapurna Base Camp trekking route ascends through the beautiful traditional and historical villages situated in the middle of ancient terraced fields with breathtaking views of the mighty Annapurna, Mt.Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Mt.Machapuchhare (6,993 m), and other beautiful peaks.

7 Days Annapurna Base Camp Trek Itinerary

day 01 From Pokhara, drive to Phedi and trek to Pothana.

Today is the day for starting our journey towards Annapurna base camp. You’ll picked up by our representative and private drive you to Phedi where we will have our launch. After short rest and launch we will start our trek towards Pothana. During trek to Pothana you’ll see the beautiful views of panoramas of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna. You will pass through the traditional villages with ancient terraced fields.

Pokhara to Phedi

day 02 Trek from Pothana to Jhinu Dada.

Second day of our trekking is starts from the Pothana. Before starting trek you can see the glimplse of the sunrise from Pothana. From here, trail takes you from the beautiful Magar village; the one of the ideal village of Nepal. After having lunch at Landruk we’ll continue our journey to Jhinu Dada via the Modi river valley. In the evening you can bath at the natural hot spring at Jhinu Dada.

day 03 Trek from Jhinu Dada to Bamboo.

Having a great night at Jhinu, our journey ascends towards bamboo. Passing through stone steps inside the lush forest of bamboo and rhododendron, with watching magnificent views of the mighty peaks and the beautiful landscapes.

day 04 Trek from Bamboo to Deurali.

Deurali is the main point from where the altitude in highly increases. After having breakfast we will start climb up to the Dovan where we will have our launch. As the Altitude increases, you’ll find the different pine trees, different types of the rhododendrons and different species of the flower. After walking 5-6 hours we will reach to Deurali.

day 05 Trek from Deurali to Machhapuchare Base Camp and to Annapurna Base Camp.

Today is the day of achieving our destination Annapurna Base Camp. Early morning after having breakfast at Deurali we will start our journey to Annapurna base camp. We will continue our trek passing through the Machhapuchhre Base Camp. During this walk you’ll welcome by the magnificent views of the Annapurna range and beautiful giant peaks.

day 06 Trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Sinwa.

After enjoying some memorable moments at the Annapurna base Camp, our journey begins to descend towards the Sinwa. The trail takes you through the beautiful Gurung villages surrounded by the natural beauties. From here we can see the beautiful modi River valley and snowcapped landscapes.

day 07 Trek from Sinwa to Ghandruk Phedi then drive to Pokhara.

Today is the last day of 7 days Annapurna base camp trekking. Our trek start from the Sinwa and ends at Ghandruk Phedi. During our walks from the Sinwa trails takes us to the beautiful traditional villages. After reaching at the Ghandruk phedi we will drive to the Pokhara.

I completed the Manaslu Circuit with Saugat and Aunil, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The trek was breathtaking, the organization was perfect, and the views were simply stunning. Saugat’s knowledge, professionalism, and expertise as a guide, together with Aunil’s help, kindness, and support as a porter, made the whole experience even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better team! I will definitely come back to Nepal, and I will choose this agency, Saugat, and Aunil again without hesitation. 10 stars for my new friends! A life changing experience! Milan and Bhim were the best guide and porter for our very first trek in the Himalayas. Although the weather wasn’t always on our side, we got to see the most spectacular views, stayed in the best hotels/ camps and definitely got to tick off an item on the bucket list. Thanks to Life Himalaya Trekking, my husband and I were able to realize a dream. From the moment of organizing from Italy, Shiba proved to be extremely available and quick in communications. And, once here, we were able to immediately verify how efficient the entire team that makes up the company is. Shiba is infinitely sweet and friendly; he pampered us, guiding us through all the organizational aspects of our trip, from the trek to Everest Base Camp to cultural visits in Kathmandu and surroundings, covering all types of transportation we needed. Thanks to him, we had the pleasure of spending our time in Nepal with unique people, who allowed us to get to know this wonderful country and its inhabitants up close. Tika was our guide during the hike to EBC, and thanks to him and our porter Podam, we experienced a wonderful and authentic adventure! It was exciting to reach the destination after a journey that lasted about a week. But it was equally incredible and moving to fly by helicopter from Gorak Shep to Lukla, retracing from above every step taken and every place experienced during the previous days. We would like to thank Promot, Raj, Rajan, and especially our exceptional tour guide Ajya, who accompanied us through the most iconic places in Kathmandu, sharing their history and every cultural aspect. The passion and love for one's work allowed us to immerse ourselves in a world that, otherwise, we would have understood and experienced only halfway. We were extremely satisfied with our Everest Base Camp trek with Life Himalaya Trekking. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was organized perfectly. Due to weather conditions, the company arranged a helicopter flight for us, which made the start of our adventure even more special. Our guide, Rabin, was exceptional. He was kind, caring, and looked after us every step of the way. Whenever we felt unwell, he made sure we were comfortable and helped us recover. His knowledge of the mountains, careful approach to acclimatization, and genuine care for our well-being allowed us to continue the journey safely. Most importantly, he treated us like family, making the entire trek feel like a trip with friends rather than a guided tour. Our porter, Arjun, was equally amazing. He was always cheerful, funny, and incredibly helpful. During acclimatization hikes and challenging moments, he even helped with our backpacks when we were struggling. His positive attitude made every day more enjoyable. Both Rabin and Arjun are true gems and a huge asset to the company. We cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. A special thank you also goes to Shiba, the owner of Life Himalaya Trekking. He was friendly, professional, and made our experience truly special from beginning to end. I also had a unique experience during this trip as I participated in the Everest Marathon.  Verified Awesome experience with Life Himalayan
I had a wonderful time trekking EBC. Birsha Rai was an awesome guide he made sure I had anything I needed. He made sure my accommodations were good and I had plenty of water and snacks for the trek. Dhan Kajl was my porter and he took extra care of my things my bag was always clean and dry when delivered to my room. He even carried my day pack the last stretch of EBC trek. Life Himalayan took care of me from the moment I landed and was without one bag to making sure I made all my helicopter connections. Someone was there every step of the way. Life Himalaya Trekking gave us an amazing experience! We had the most wonderful guide, Jal Tamang. Not only did he provide amazing conversation, high spirits, and tons of great information about the Everest region, he went above and beyond when a member of our party got altitude sickness. He worked tirelessly to bring food & water to them during their hospital stay, but also coordinated their time in Lukla after they had had to descend. I still made it to Base Camp, and throughout our journey he made the entire experience unforgettable. The accommodations were also truly top notch, with the earlier tea houses offering hot showers, readily available charging, and even heating pads under the mattresses. What a beautiful experience! Life Himalaya trekking and their team are truly great. Our guide Rabin Ray is a mountain professional. He took great care of us throughout the journey. Our porter Tik as well, always there to help us. Shiba, the owner, is a professional and he makes sure to meet us and ensure that everything goes well before our departure.
