Dinner on Teahouse:
Dinner is usually eaten in the tea house and lodges where you spend your overnight. You will mostly stay your overnight at a new and higher altitude than before. So you are recommended to have a healthier food daily. If you don’t eat any food you may have a risk of altitude sickness. Even you don’t want to eat due to mild headaches, you should try to eat because this helps to reduce the risk of altitude sickness. For the Dinner, you can order the same meals which are as mentioned in lunch at any tea houses and lodges. Normally, the mountains land became dark fast as the sun sets behind the mountains and within the half hour, it gets cold. So, the best time to have your Dinner is between 18:00 pm – 20:00 pm.
