The third day is a rest day, where we will spend our day at Namche Bazaar. Climbing high and sleeping low is considered a good way to acclimatize with your body and get rid of altitude sickness. After lunch, we will short hike towards Everest view hotel- the highest altitude placed Luxury Hotel in the world to see the close-up views of Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m) and panoramic view of the world highest mountains including Mt. Everest. Then we back from there and visitors enjoy beautiful Namche or take a rest and prepare for the next day.

Are guide Basanta was a local who knew everything about the area and was outstanding in keeping us safe at high altitudes by checking are oxygen levels regularly. We all made it to base camp and all great. The food was great we were vegetarian for are time there, I found this company on the internet, and Lifehimalyatrekking provided an unbelievable experience for our group!
