ვადები და პირობები ლაშქრობისა და კლდეზე ასასვლელად

Life Himalaya Trekking Company, registered with registration number 147491/072/073 და ტურისტული ლიცენზიის ნომერი 2069. ეს დაჯავშნის წესები და პირობები ძალიან მნიშვნელოვანია თქვენსა და Life Himalaya Trekking-ს შორის იურიდიულად სავალდებულო კონტრაქტისთვის. უაღრესად მნიშვნელოვანია ამ წესებისა და პირობების წაკითხვა და გაგება.

მნიშვნელოვანი შენიშვნა:

These terms and conditions are strictly applied from the booking date. For third-party booking, these terms and conditions do not apply, but their terms and conditions apply. So, for security, please read their terms and conditions.

დაჯავშნისა და გადახდის პოლიტიკა:  For the trek booking process, you must deposit 20% p/p, and for Peak ასვლისა და ექსპედიციის საფასურის 30% უნდა გადაიხადოთ of the total trip amount at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable; this will apply to all types of trip bookings with Life Himalaya Trekking

In special cases such as injury or disaster, the full amount will be refunded upon proper evidence and early co-ordination.

We also need a scanned copy of your passports and passport-size photos. During payment, the საბანკო მომსახურების საკომისიო კლიენტმა უნდა გადაიხადოს at the time of deposit. You must pay the remaining amount at our head office or representative before starting your trip. Life Himalaya has the full right to cancel your trip if you do not clear your remaining amount upon your arrival.

Additional Charges during Payment Methods for Deposit

• Online payments will incur an extra 3.5% of the total payment and are applicable to guests.
• For bank transfers, there is a minimal charge of 5 USD to 25USD per transfer; depending upon banks, it might be higher or lower.
• For Wise, WeTravel, and other third-party payment gateways, clients have to pay for the service / extra charges of the payment gateways other than the trek deposit.

We started the online payment system on our website on 1st Jan 2018, where you can deposit the payment amount directly into our bank account. It is a secure payment system provided by our bank in Nepal. It is easy to pay as well as cancel. გადაიხადეთ ინტერნეტით

ბოლო წუთის დაჯავშნა: Life Himalaya Team will accept last-minute bookings for any Nepal trips, but for last-minute bookings, you must pay the full trip amount დაჯავშნის პროცესის დროს.

Trip Cancellation and Refund:  If you cancel any of your trips that have been booked with us, then you must send us cancellation documentation or an e-mail. If you pay the full amount before the trip, then the following conditions will be applied during cancellation.

ტურის, ლაშქრობისა და ლაშქრობის სრული გადახდისთვის: - 

• 80% of your total payment will be refunded, 30 days before trip departure.
• 70% of your total payment will be refunded, 15-30 days before trip departure.
• 50% of your total payment will be refunded, 7-15 days before trip departure.
• თანხის დაბრუნება შეუძლებელია, მოგზაურობის დაწყებამდე 7 დღით ადრე ან ნაკლები დღით ადრე

ექსპედიციისა და მწვერვალზე ასვლის სრული გადახდისთვის: -

• მოგზაურობის დაწყებამდე 6 კვირით ადრე, გადახდილი თანხის 50% დაგიბრუნდებათ.
• მოგზაურობის დაწყებამდე 3 კვირით ადრე, გადახდილი თანხის 30% დაგიბრუნდებათ.
• თანხა არ ბრუნდება, თუ ლაშქრობის დაწყებამდე 3 კვირით ადრე ან უფრო ადრე მოხდება.

For Trip Postponement or Deposit Transfer

• For trip postponement: Free of cost trip postponement within 2 years of payment.
• Deposit can be transferred to other people in the group in case of injury or unavailability of schedule, free of cost.

არასრული მოგზაურობა: The paid amount will not be refunded if you leave your trip for any reason, including unused accommodation, meals, and services. Any extra services, accommodation, and food caused due to early return have to be paid by the guests themselves.

ფრენის დაგვიანება და მარშრუტის ცვლილება: The itinerary and flight can be changed because of unexpected obstacles like war, strikes, natural disasters, unfavorable climates, etc. In these situations, the extra cost incurred should be paid by clients.

ნეპალის პასპორტი და ვიზები: All clients must have a legal passport and Visa which is valid for up to 6 months from the issue date. The visa will be issued upon your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport and at all entry points of Nepal. The cost of a Visa is the client’s responsibility.

გავლენის ფაქტორები: We will do our best for your comfort during your trek, but it is important to understand that Himalayan regions cannot afford facilities like the ones you might be accustomed to in your countries. Weather is another important and sometimes random factor that directly affects comfort on your journey. Hence, patience and understanding, passion for life, eagerness, and proper preparation are all very important personal qualities that you must bring with you.

პირადი ნივთები: The trip leader and staff do their best to keep your personal stuff safe. But if in case of loss of your personal belongings, our company will not be responsible for your loss.

გარანტირებული გამგზავრება:  If you book with us, then your trip departure will not change even if the number of groups decreases. We will guarantee your trip departure.

Სამოგზაურო დაზღვევა:  Before joining our trips, you must have insurance. The insurance must include medical coverage, air ambulance, and helicopter rescue services up to the maximum height of the trek/expedition. If you do not have any insurance, then you are not allowed to join any of our trips.

If you want to book travel/trekking insurance with us (Life Himalaya trekking) or include insurance on the trek package, please დაგვიკავშირდით. Usually, 14 to 21  days of travel insurance costs 250 USD approx, covering helicopter rescue up to 5500m; depending on age and other factors, it might be higher or lower.

In case your insurance company didn’t pay during your emergency rescue, Life Himalaya will not be responsible. So, you have to pay all the charges yourself to the rescue helicopter company. Therefore, make sure the insurance covers accidental, medical, and helicopter rescue before buying insurance from international or local brands.
